Samsung has introduced a new mobile phone under its Ch@t series, this one is the Ch@t 222 a device capable of using two GSM SIM cards and boasts a four-row QWERTY keypad. Following the tradition of the Ch@t series the device will include social networking and email services, while it would also be more affordable than the previously released Ch@t 322 and Ch@t 335.

The Ch@t 222 includes a 2.2-inch TFT display, a VGA camera with video recording support, FM radio, HTML browser and DNSe sound support for music. It has a 1000 mAh battery with an 11.5 hours expected battery life. The device is priced at a mere 3,500 INR and seems like a tough competitor for the upcoming Nokia X1-01 and Nokia C2-00 dual-SIM phones.
