Celebrate your individuality with the HTC Wildfire S, available in two cool and funky colors, dark grey and silver white. The Wildfire S runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread and is powered by a 600MHz processor. It sports the HTC Sense UI, WiFi and 3G connectivity, 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash. This phone goes up against the likes of Samsung Galaxy Ace, but it has the advantage of an intuitive UI and latest Android firmware.
Online retailer Flipkart is selling the black colored Wildfire S for 14,299 INR, while LetsBuy is selling the grey colored Wildfire S for 13,999 INR. The device is a great choice for those searching for a new mid-range smartphone, especially when compared to last year's HTC Wildfire. Not only does the Wildfire S sport a lower launch price, specs wise, it also has an HVGA screen, more RAM and a slightly faster processor. We reckon the Wildfire S could turn out to be one of the best mid-range phones, but we'll save our conclusions for when we get our hands on it.
